- Even though I have my myGov information correct, it won’t connect. What could be wrong?
You may have to double check that you have linked your my Health Record within myGov. Sign in to myGov from https://my.gov.au, then click on the Services icon. There you can see what services are linked. If My Health Record is showing unlinked, please follow the steps to link it. It will take approximately 5 minutes, so hang in there!
