Tyde's main objective is to provide you with all of your health information.
We understand that you may be unable to see your clinical records in Tyde, and there may be a number of reasons for that.
- You may need to update the date range at the top of the screen.
The screen requires to be refreshed by pressing the magnifier icon on the top right-hand side. You can now choose your date range and tap ‘Done’.
- Your Healthcare Provider did not upload your documents.
In case your Healthcare Provider did not upload your clinical records, we recommend that you can get in touch with him/her and request the records to be uploaded.
