Why do I not have any uploaded clinical records in my Tyde account?

Tyde's main objective is to provide you with all of your health information.

 

We understand that you may be unable to see your clinical records in Tyde, and there may be a number of reasons for that.

 

  1. You may need to update the date range at the top of the screen.
    The screen requires to be refreshed by pressing the magnifier icon on the top right-hand side. You can now choose your date range and tap ‘Done’.
  2. Your Healthcare Provider did not upload your documents.

In case your Healthcare Provider did not upload your clinical records, we recommend that you can get in touch with him/her and request the records to be uploaded.
